&lt;li&gt;What gets summarized?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;What gets escalated?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;What gets archived?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Do you have something auditing it all?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
