Prompting is useful.

Prompting is not the endgame.
After a few years of experimenting with AI, I think the real maturity curve is choreography.
- How does work enter the system?
- Who gathers context?
- Who summarizes?
- Who checks risk?
- Who drafts?
- Who reviews?
- Who approves?
- Where does the evidence go?
- What happens next time?
That is a different conversation.
Prompting is asking better questions.
Choreography is designing how intelligence moves.
Most people are still focused on individual AI interactions.
That is fine as a starting point.
But the real value is in repeatable flows.
A transcript becomes clips. A meeting becomes decisions. An incident becomes a timeline. A policy change becomes evidence. A customer issue becomes a risk-informed response.
Not because the prompt was clever.
Because the movement was designed.
The future of AI is probably not better prompts.
It is better systems of judgment, memory, action, and review.
